Dear Sommer, I wanted to take a moment to thank you for all the assistance and guidance you provided me when I purchased my first and second Subaru. With the first purchase I read all the books cover to cover, however from that I had 2 pages of questions, items that made no sense to me and it all left my head swirling. After a set down with you and a guided tour of my car I found that my Crosstrek had many features that without your help I never would have known existed. With the second purchase I didn’t feel I needed as much help; however, you provided a wonderful hands-on tour which made my life easier. Now, just to be clear, my visits to your desk have not stopped. As new things pop up or issues appear, for example my most recent issue of “where did my map icon go?” I continue to seek out your guidance. So, I can’t say enough how helpful you have been over the past several years to me.
