Sport Subaru South, unlike any others ! I'm a Senior & Air Force veteran and I am a single female. I want everyone to know I received No pressure from Sport Subaru South. I had a pleasureable experience from the start. I was greeted at the front door with a big smile from my sales rep Imad. This was so refreshing as a single female I did not have any worries of pressure.The dealership is so clean & spacious I saw my ideal car immediately on the floor. The the paperwork went through financing with Shaheem & James in the Finance Department and wow so smooth and quickly it was unbelievable. I was so impressed by this team. DJ Sales Manager was amazing to explain the entire process to me. I purchased my Crosstrek in lightning speed. I drove all the way from Sebring to Orlando, so time was a big factor for me. When I got the car home, and upon the next day my nephew tried to load my folding mobility scooter and it fit in the hatchback area but it was a mere 1" smaller as it hung barely over into the opening but it did fit. I loved this car however it is a compact crossover SUV and I would expect nonetheless, it is still a perfect vehicle. I called my Salesperson Imad immediately and told him my issue and he expedited my issue to DJ Sales manager, DJ called me immediately as we got together to figure out which one of the Subaru SUV would fit my folding mobility scooter. He automatically new which one would be perfect for me, As I wanted a small SUV ... My team of experts there, they were fabulous and picked out the Forester Limited hybrid for me as I wanted a Small SUV Hybrid. I trust this team so well that I ordered the Forester on phone with DJ as unseen. DJ put order to manufacture a blue 2026 Forester for me as there was none located within the US we waited some time for it to be manufactured certainly understanable. Omg, it was so worth the wait. When it arrived they called me immediately and when I saw it oh how beautiful it is. I had a little bit of emotion because I was already attached to the Crosstrek and my team was so patient with me as it took me at least 20 minutes to figure out which one of the Subaru to take home with me. And get this, it was raining cats & dogs with thunder & lightning, but still they remained so patient with me and I find that is a great quality at this dealership ! They understand you and your issues and are so very helpful in all that they do. I am a senior and have many experiences with dealerships ripping me off, this dealership gave me the best offer on my trade and also the price on my new Forester vehicle. I highly recommend you to use this dealership they are very accommodating for your real life needs. They offer the best deals that I have found from my experience with other dealerships. Brittney Brittney is amazing and I’ve had nothing but good results. However my check-in check engine light did come on again just an hour later so I have to go back but I know they’re gonna take care of it cause they always do. I recommend them more than my own Tampa Bay area and that’s why I drive two hours to get there and get my car service there. They are the best.

He confirmed that the warranty covered the issue and essentially handed me the keys to a Crosstrek and I was on my way to get my kids to school. Later I received a video from the technician showing the damage and verbally explaining while presenting each part he recommended to change and why. Excellent service. The waiting area is set up with us in mind. Snacks, coffee, water and even an area for little ones to finger paint. Outside they have created a pets area/park. So many reasons to be a loyal Subaru customer. I have switched cars since my Subaru Outback, but only because I missed driving a manual and now I own a 5 speed Impreza. I can genuinely say that I would only consider turning in my Sessy Subí for a newer model or a WRX. Reliable, safe, beautiful, classic.

Sport Subaru South has the best service I have received at any dealership. I showed up on a Saturday without an appointment for an express oil change and Jeremy Lopez was very kind, fitting me in and getting me out quickly in spite of it being a Saturday . Thank you Sport Subaru South for Jeremy and all their excellent staff for always giving great service. That’s why I’ve bought three Subarus from them.

This Subaru dealership really looked out for me because my experience here was fantastic from the jump. I was in town for a wedding when my car started shaking uncontrollably. I immediately looked up the nearest location and booked an appointment.The only slot open was 3 PM the next day, which was a huge problem because hotel checkout was at 4 PM. I woke up early, called them, and begged for an earlier slot. The sweet girl on the phone talked to her manager and miraculously squeezed me in at 11 AM.When I pulled up, it was nothing but good vibes and smiles. The girl at the reception desk had amazing energy and charisma that instantly put me at ease. I hate that I can't remember her name or the girl from the phone, I was there on July 17th, so management needs to look up their names and give them credit. Anyway, Mike in the service department took great care of me, hooked me up with a loaner, and the rest was history. I highly recommend this place. You would think the dealership back home in North Miami would treat customers with this level of respect, but that’s a whole different story for another review.

Purchased a 2026 Subaru Forester. Who did I call? Well in my phone I hit Joe Andrade. It’s in there as Joe Subaru. Bought 5 Subarus from Joe in the last decade. He is a pleasure to work with during negotiations . Set my car phone up even tho I told him after owning so many Subarus I had It down. 6 star salesman on a 5 scale review board.

Weird problem with car, it wouldn't shut off. Covered under warranty, they went above and beyond to help us out. No complaints, just gratitude.
