Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT). At checkout, they tried to charge a service fee that was not mentioned at the beginning. They forgot to rotate the right side tires, and all tires were not calibrated. They are not friendly. Talking with other clients, we all feel they are not happy working there.

I've bought over a dozen cars in my life and I have to say that our recent purchase of two new Subarus from Sport Subaru South was one of the best car purchase experiences that I've ever had. I dreaded starting the car purchase process but our salesman, Donny Joseph, who was excellent and a pleasure to work with made it easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and informative, very patient with us, and quickly responded to my calls, emails or texts. Don't expect the all too familiar car sales pressure. Everyone was a pleasure to work with including DJ the Sales Manager and Adler the Finance & Insurance Manager. Definitely will be recommending Sport Subaru South to anyone looking to purchase a car! 5 Star experience for sure!

I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24.
I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24. It had 55,000 miles on it and had gone through their “inspection”. 34 days later the vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure. The engine now needs to be replaced. I haven’t even paid my first monthly payment for the vehicle yet. Despite assurances when buying the vehicle that this is a “family owned and operated” dealership that “cares about their customers “ they offered nothing to help the situation. Their solution was to try and trick me into a brand new vehicle that is double my budget, to gaslight me into believing that my used car had “high miles” and I accepted a risk of failure with such high miles, and to shame me for not being able to afford a brand new vehicle. I would avoid this dealership, and all those connected to it, at all costs.

I COULD'VE BEEN KILLED BECAUSE OF IT IN MY 2019. I DON'T LIKE THE ENLARGMENT OF THE CENTER CONSOUL , HAVE A HARD TIME PUTTING ON MY SEAT BELT, NO ROOM. I'VE GONE BACK 3 TIMES TO TRY AND GET A 2024 BUT NO DEAL.
