I dreaded starting the car purchase process but our salesman, Donny Joseph, who was excellent and a pleasure to work with made it easy and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable and informative, very patient with us, and quickly responded to my calls, emails or texts. Don't expect the all too familiar car sales pressure. I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24.
I bought a used vehicle for 17,000$ Feb 24. It had 55,000 miles on it and had gone through their “inspection”. 34 days later the vehicle suffered catastrophic engine failure. The engine now needs to be replaced. I haven’t even paid my first monthly payment for the vehicle yet. Despite assurances when buying the vehicle that this is a “family owned and operated” dealership that “cares about their customers “ they offered nothing to help the situation. Their solution was to try and trick me into a brand new vehicle that is double my budget, to gaslight me into believing that my used car had “high miles” and I accepted a risk of failure with such high miles, and to shame me for not being able to afford a brand new vehicle. I would avoid this dealership, and all those connected to it, at all costs.

I COULD'VE BEEN KILLED BECAUSE OF IT IN MY 2019. I DON'T LIKE THE ENLARGMENT OF THE CENTER CONSOUL , HAVE A HARD TIME PUTTING ON MY SEAT BELT, NO ROOM. I'VE GONE BACK 3 TIMES TO TRY AND GET A 2024 BUT NO DEAL.

Best experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. The entire staff were all extremely friendly and knowledgeable. DJ was the one that helped me with everything. Heis very straightforward and gave his honest opinion with whatever I asked. He still reaches out to ask how the car is and how I'm liking it. I had to call and get some information that I misplaced and he had it to me within 2 minutes.

Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT).
Went for the 24k service (2024 Outback Touring XT). At checkout, they tried to charge a service fee that was not mentioned at the beginning. They forgot to rotate the right side tires, and all tires were not calibrated. They are not friendly. Talking with other clients, we all feel they are not happy working there.

But I finally went out with a great new 2024 Subaru Forester Wilderness with the monthly payment I was looking for.
